Job Description
GKH Professional is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to manage various HR functions. Key responsibilities include processing employee separation forms, coordinating with departments for clearances, maintaining essential HR reports, assisting in employee requests, and managing inter-departmental transfers. You will also conduct employee orientation, handle insurance claims, and participate in exit interviews.
Ideal candidates should possess good knowledge of MS Excel, experience in HR analytics, and have strong communication skills. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
