Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recovery Officer to manage the collection of overdue payments from members at Sports Pavilion Club Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track outstanding payments from members.
- Contact members through phone, email, or in-person meetings to address overdue balances.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of payment collection and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile member accounts.
- Provide regular reports on recovery progress to management.
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
