Job Description
HostNext Private Limited, an IT-Enabled Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should be a skilled problem-solver with excellent communication capabilities, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product/service information and billing queries.
