- Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan.
- Oversee operational, financial, and compliance audits.
- Evaluate internal controls and governance processes.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management.
- Lead the internal audit team and foster a culture of integrity.
- Ensure compliance with laws and stay updated on regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment on audit findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 5-15 years of relevant audit experience.
