Job Description
Markloops is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for our ecommerce brand at our onsite office near Sadder Rawalpindi. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, and knowledge of car parts is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce or call center.
- Managing a team of customer support representatives.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Planning training and service delivery standards.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys.
- Maintaining a conducive working environment.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
