Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels. You will provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies, handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution within agreed timeframes.
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring social media channels, engaging with followers, addressing negative feedback professionally, and fostering relationships to grow our community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience as a Social Media Handler: 1 year (Preferred)
