Job Description
Join our team! We are conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Customer Support Representative (CSR).
Time: 4PM-5PM
Location: Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad (View on Map)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to confirm and verify order details.
- Ensure accuracy in customer information and order specifications.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide support on questions related to products and shipping.
- Document customer interactions in the order system.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and chats.
- Minimum Education – INTERMEDIATE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
