Job Description
AJ is seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator/Receptionist to handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide administrative support, and manage visitor interactions. This role includes promptly routing calls, maintaining an organized front desk, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key skills required include strong communication, customer service abilities, organizational skills, technical proficiency, and problem-solving capabilities. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Urdu.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs25,00.00 to Rs35,00.00 per month.
