Position Requirements:
Qualification: Matriculation + 6-month diploma in splicing or relevant field.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct jointing of optical fiber cables.
– Prepare cables for splicing by stripping and cleaving.
– Carry out precise splicing and enclosing of joints.
– Ensure organized work to avoid pressure points.
– Lead the Maintenance Team effectively.
– Maintain and store tools responsibly.
