- Maintain a database of customers and the community.
- Conduct calls to gather feedback and promote products/services.
- Execute follow-up calls to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
- Process sales transactions and assist in generating invoices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or relevant field.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English; call center experience required.
