Job Description
Chawla Footwear is seeking an experienced and driven Production Head to oversee all aspects of our footwear manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal productivity, maintain high-quality standards, and efficiently manage operations while meeting deadlines and cost objectives.
Responsibilities: Develop production schedules, ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, manage staff, monitor inventory, ensure compliance, and optimize costs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred; experience in footwear or apparel industry is a plus.
