Job Description
Organization: DreamBig Semiconductor Inc.
Salary: Negotiable
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance systems.
- Develop HR policies aligned with current legislation.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong HR principles knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
