Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle client inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, ensuring precise issue resolution. Collaborate with specialists on complex concerns and keep clients updated. Perform detailed reviews of documentation and generate accurate reports.
Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency in English, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
