Job Description
Smart Brains Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards by designing, implementing, and executing test plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing processes.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Quality Center.
Preference will be given to candidates with call center experience.
