Job Description
Recruitment Empire is seeking a dedicated Call Quality Agent to enhance our team’s English language proficiency. Responsibilities include conducting assessments for new and existing employees, daily call quality monitoring, coaching on spoken English, and providing customer services training specific to UK culture.
Ideal candidates will have a graduate degree in English Literature or related fields and at least 4-5 years of experience in teaching IELTS, PTE, or Cambridge English Exams. Proficiency in English and familiarity with UK English dialect is essential.
