Job Description
Riz Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Spectrum Inbound Billing Specialist. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in billing or customer service within the telecom industry, preferably with Spectrum. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.
This position requires handling billing inquiries, resolving issues, and working a 10-hour shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and native English proficiency are mandatory. The salary ranges from $50,00 to $80,00 annually, with commission and a benefits package after probation.
Requirements
