Job Description
Recruitment Empire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Complaints Manager to join our team. You will review ongoing cases, maintain data, and generate reports on trends, aiming to achieve specific SLAs and KPIs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, excellent complaint handling knowledge, and strong analytical skills.
This position is based in our DHA Sector F office in Rwp, with a work schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM. We offer a market-competitive salary and paid leaves.
