Job Description
Xcentric Services, located in DHA (Lahore), is seeking a Call Center Agent. This role involves taking and confirming orders for retail customers, as well as guiding them on products and order placement.
Responsibilities:
- Attend calls and maintain customer accounts.
- Obtain and verify client information.
- Confirm customer inquiries and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints effectively.
Qualifications: Fluent in English and Urdu; strong customer service skills.
