Job Description
Omni Academy & Consulting is a leader in the training and development industry, offering a variety of services including web development, Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud, SIEBEL CRM, data science, AI, and PRA Technology support. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Officer to enhance our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
- Support employee training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports on metrics like headcount and turnover.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of ZOHO and Oddo.
Location: Civic Center Behria, Islamabad
Salary: Rs 40,00 per month
