Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is seeking a motivated and skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent and design onboarding programs for smooth integration. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Your responsibilities will also include developing and updating HR policies and procedures, as well as conducting audits to ensure adherence to regulations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs65,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
