Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is seeking a dedicated HR Team Member to manage our recruitment and onboarding processes. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent, design and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements. You will also ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards, develop and update HR policies and procedures, and conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
This is a full-time position.
