Job Description
Sybrid Lahore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Intern who is fluent in Urdu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with relevant departments for follow-ups
- Generating business leads and reporting to the line manager
- Completing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
Remuneration Package:
- Full-time salary: PKR 20,00
- Sick Leaves: 10 days
- Casual Leaves: 10 days
- Annual Leaves: 7 days (after one year)
