Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for meeting planned sales goals, setting individual targets, and overseeing team activities. Coordination with marketing for lead generation and providing ongoing training for team development are also key duties.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 1-2 years of sales experience, and excellent communication skills. A dedication to customer service and effective leadership is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Location: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad.
