Job Description
Faisal Movers Bus Service is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to requests for technical assistance via phone and our electronic ticketing system.
As an IT Assistant, you will diagnose and resolve various technical hardware and software issues, troubleshoot connectivity problems, and effectively manage outages related to cameras and internet.
Candidates should be familiar with standard help desk procedures including logging interactions and using help desk software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
