Job Description
A reputed telecom company is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls
- Provide online support regarding services
- Follow up on fault rectifications
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets
- Maintain records of faults
- Execute special tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree required. Freshers or those with 1-year experience in a UK-based call center are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 with an incentive of Rs10,00.
