Job Description
Amigos BPO LLC is seeking experienced Senior Verifiers to join our Medicare Campaign. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the verification process, ensuring customer support and adherence to regulations. Ideal candidates are effective communicators who can actively listen and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Medicare campaigns.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive phone skills.
- Strong understanding of Medicare policies and products.
- Self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
