Job Description
Red Point Builders and Developers is seeking a dedicated Building Admin Officer to oversee all aspects of building management. Responsibilities include ensuring regular maintenance, managing cleaning schedules, and providing exceptional resident and visitor interaction. You will handle complaints, maintain administrative records, and support the execution of building policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required, with 2+ years of building management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, alongside proficiency in MS Office, are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
