Job Description
The Maidaan is seeking a motivated HR Executive to enhance our human resources capabilities. The key responsibilities for this HR role include:
- Assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, and orientation programs.
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinating employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Providing general HR support and resolving HR-related queries for the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
