Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share in the North region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure orders and resolve issues.
- Manage sales strategies to drive growth and provide product training.
- Monitor competitor activity and report market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Minimum F.A. and B.A.
- Proven FMCG sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 100% travel required.
