Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced taxi and minicab dispatcher/controller to manage inbound bookings, efficiently allocate drivers, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Entering bookings into the dispatch system
- Allocating bookings to drivers
- Providing customers with real-time ETAs
- Navigating drivers on their routes
- Managing email bookings
- Placing bids on jobs
- Dispatching drivers for bookings
Requirements: Previous UK taxi cab controlling experience, knowledge of UK streets, experience with dispatch systems, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Google Maps.
Shift: Rotational | Hours: 8/day, 6 days/week | Salary: Starting at 50,00 PKR/month
