Job Description
NCRI PAKISTAN PVT. LTD. is seeking an Operations and Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, maintaining personnel records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, calculating payroll, and managing employee attendance records. The Specialist will serve as the point of contact for HRMS – Worksuite and coordinate HR events. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
Location: Islamabad (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required)
