Job Description
CMYK Research is seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will maintain accurate records in our CRM system and promote our products and services to achieve sales targets, if applicable.
