Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Negotiation Officer to enhance our customer service operations. You will interact with customers, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently, building relationships to improve service competitiveness and ensure a positive customer experience.
What We Seek in You: A collaborative mindset, strong customer service focus, and the ability to communicate technical information simply.
Job Requirements: A Levels/Intermediate or above, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and an American or neutral accent.
Salary & Benefits: Up to 75,00/- with medical facilities. Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month. Full-time, US timings, 5 days a week.
