Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will proactively manage team delivery, oversee business processes, and resolve escalated inquiries and complaints. You will conduct return-to-work interviews, monitor calls for quality assurance, and ensure staff training and development are up to date.
As a leader, your goal will be to boost team retention and operational excellence by providing constructive feedback and motivation. This is a full-time contract position for 11 months, with a monthly salary range of Rs 60,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00.
Preferred education includes a Bachelor’s degree.
