Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding.
- Attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Meet recruitment targets consistently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources.
- 3 years in Talent Acquisition; 2 years in Employee Engagement preferred.
