Job Description
CMYK Research is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Night Shift Male Call Center Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, effectively resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and promoting our products and services to achieve sales targets, where applicable. Collaboration with your team will be essential to meet our performance goals.
