Job Description
ASK Development Pvt. Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent intermediate qualification
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies
- Salary: INR 45,00 with potential incentives up to INR 15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shifts: Rotational shifts for males; morning shift only for females; work from home available after probation
