Job Description
Eqvnox Communication, affiliated with a UK-based company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and strong administrative capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable services.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Requirements: Fluent in English with a British accent, proven customer support experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
