Job Summary: The Account and Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting records, effective financial reporting, and compliance with regulations. This role includes managing the accounting team and providing strategic insights to foster business growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA preferred. Must have 8-10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in leadership. Strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in finance software, and excellent leadership skills are essential.
