Job Description
We are looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Private Limited. As an SB Agent, you will provide outstanding support to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering valuable feedback.
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet (10 to 12 Mbps minimum)
