Job Description
HM Traders is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to apply. Your role will include accurate data entry, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and verify data in our systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of data and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Minimum education: Matriculation.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
