Job Description
ewdtech is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while assisting with product and service issues. You will manage customer complaints, providing timely resolutions and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of CSR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00.
