Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services.
- Open customer accounts and maintain updated records.
- Resolve product or service issues and ensure follow-up.
- Manage airline and shipping line books.
- Coordinate with Sea Port and Airport staff for shipment handling.
Qualification: BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com
