Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time job opening for a Chat Support Agent at Halfur. This role requires basic English proficiency, along with support and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information to new customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on client purchases.
- Inform about additional products.
- Answer customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain customer records in MS Excel.
- Open new customer accounts.
Requirements: University/college degree, basic English skills, familiar with Facebook Messenger. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. Shifts: 5 pm – 1 am & 1 am – 9 am. Salary: Rs35,00 – Rs45,00 per month.
