Job Description
International Industries is seeking an Aftersales Supervisor to oversee our aftersales operations and ensure high customer satisfaction across our dealer network. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
Qualifications include a diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing sectors. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are essential.
We offer a market-competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position.
