Job Description
Closet Stores Pvt. Ltd. (Rental Boutique) is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. Previous experience in customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through phone calls, resolving issues promptly.
- Engage potential customers, providing product information to boost sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Salary: PKR 25,00 to 30,00
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 9 PM.
