Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Rawalpindi office. The CSR will engage with clients, oversee deal management, provide exceptional customer service, and facilitate successful deal closures across various campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in closings and deal closure
- Escrow management expertise
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales or closing role
