Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to engage with clients and assist them in utilizing our product effectively. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, or phone.
- Troubleshoot basic issues like social account connections and domain mapping.
- Create simple designs using Canva.
- Manage client schedules and maintain records.
Required Skills:
