Job Description
Source Code Academia is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will address incoming queries from students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and online platforms, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in both Urdu and English is essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
