Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Shark Technologies. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of customer service experience, excellent English language skills, and a readiness to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales calls to potential customers
- Engage customers and maintain conversations
- Document customer information and feedback
- Update customers on new product launches
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build relationships
- Meet sales targets effectively
Qualifications: At least one year of customer service experience and excellent English language skills.
